Will this GPU work with my PC

I am going to buy the GeForce® GTX 1070 WINDFORCE OC 8G  http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD#kf 

And my pc specs are; CPU: INTEL I5 6500 3.2GHZ BOOST 3.6GHZ. HDD:WD BLACK 1 TB SSD:KINGSTON 120GB. :MOTHERBOARD ASUS H110M-E 2X DDR4 HDMI 1151 MATX MOTHERBOARD 

And my psu: 

Cooler Master GM series 80 plus bronze and its 650w 

So will the 1070 work because on the site it says recommended psu is 500w? So can i have the 1070 in my system?
