I know this is old pc but for me it work good.. ( 6-7y. old)

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2GHz
RAM 2GB
ATI Radeon X1200 128mb
Motherboard Asus M2A-MX

PS: I want to upgrade it ..

I will add 2GB RAM, some ddr3 gpu with 512mb or 1gb, and some pcu to power computer..

If u know any good gpu and pcu please post full name and link to it..

With your system it would be better to redo everything. Depending on how much money you have as your system is likely to struggle in many areas, also getting more ram which is compatiable with your system will cost a small fortune. If you want to only upgrade then get a radeon 7750, it is likely to work fine with your psu and its quite powerful.

budget... around 300$ - 500$ btw i will get new keyboard, mouse, monitor (19") and head set...

new computer will come next winter...
