I want a intel build. I already have a graphic card in mind, the gigabyte gtx 1060 xtreme gaming 6gb. I just need help choosing the other components. I have a budget of around 500$ for everything else besides the graphics card.

Nah man that's not how you build a PC. You get a GPU that combos well with a system, and that means that if you have to get a little lower-end card in order to fit some other important feature in there, you do it.

Since the Gigabyte 1060 6GB Xtreme Gaming is $280, I will give you a build for $780.

Look at that. A really good gaming computer.

why the xtreme gaming? a regular 1060 would be just as good and saves you money for better components elsewhere.

the 1600 is on par with the 6600/7600k in gaming but cheaper and much better in multitasking, and you also get a stock cooler to go with it.

Nah, Ryzen is better at this price point. Don't buy into the bloody brand.

eh, it'll do fine with the 1600, and 120gb isn't enough for a boot drive
