The h100i would fit on top. 

I question how you would get the 760 sli and a sound card in though.

With 2 way sli and a sound card in a prodigy m?

I edited my post. Even with no cooler, I don't see how you would find a mobo that would fit 2 760's and a sound card.

Sounds like a questionable build without even seeing the rest of the parts.

Get the Asus ROG GTX 760 mars edition, its two 760s in one card and is supposed to be faster than the GTX Titan

Or not... you're better off with a single card in most cases.

I believe an H80i is all that will fit with two gpu in the case. The motherboard is oriented so that the two gpu are at the top of the case. With one gpu an H100i should squeeze in the top. However it seems to me that this would create a race condition as the gpu and H100i fight for the same air. Unless the H100i is set as intake, in which case it's going to be giving the gpu warm air.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

where would you put the h80i? im sorta new to water cooling

In SLI an h100i will not fit.

 

I'm pretty sure of it. 

 

Also how can he fit the sound card?  the prodigy m only has 5 pci slots..

Please dont do that. 

 

It has to be at the very top. It needs ventilation lots of it.
