Pc wont start

Hey guys i am a technical nob and this is the second pc ive built,i built this pc for my friend as he needed some help but after plugging everything in it will not start,any help is appriciated as i might have frogot a wire or  something (i will add photos when my phone lets me 

 

Also just found out that the graphics card was touched quite a bit on the sensitive bits (i dont know the term)

is the PSU on? are the front panel headers connected? just check all the wires and things like RAM and the graphics card, make sure everything is firmly secure.

Try to unplug and plug everything in and did you flip the PSU on?

The psu is on and i added some photos (the graphics cad has been fingered quite a bit though could that be the problem

I would check things in this order

Psu is on 

The front panel connectors 

24 pin motherboard cable  

cpu power 

If the fans spin up when you turn it on but you don't get video then I would check the GPU power and make sure it's in all the way and make sure the RAM and CPU is correctly installed.

 

 You can Check if the psu works by connecting the green wire and the black wire in the 24 pin connector with a paperclip and testing it with a voltmeter.

Out of curiosity, what are the specs of the computer?
