Hi there guys, I am thinking about building a Ethereum mining rig.

I currently have a GTX 1070 in my desktop that is producing about 26 MH/s

Here in where I live in Australia, I believe the cost of power is around 0.21usd/KW/h  (0.28 aud).

I would install the rig on my family farm since the solar panels produce about 5-7Kw/H

Just wondering if it is worth it to get into mining or is it to late. The price of Ethereum has sky-rocked lately.

My father may give me an  $1200 aud  (900 usd) to 'invest' in getting the necessary parts.

Zcash is much better for Nvidia, I recommend you mine that instead.
