Hailea HC2000B or Resun CL1000

Title pretty much says it all, here are both link for the products : Resun or Hailea. I am looking at the max watts it can dissipate, because I need the most I can get for an overclocked i9. I can see that the Resun dissipate more heat, but that's not the only thing I should be looking for, because other specs are important too such as the power consumption of the actual unit.

So true it hurts
