New Computer Problem

So I've put together my first build and it won't go past the BIOS. I'm using an ROG Maximus VI Hero. I'm getting "AE" on the board. I've plugged in an SSD on which I installed Windows through my old computer, could this be the issue? Another thing that seems weird is that the CPU temps are reaching 50degrees only in the BIOS? I'm using a 4770K and using the stock cooler for now until my actually cooler is delivered.

Do a fresh install of Windows.
