Bugged Resolution

Hello, i have an acer laptop that has a 4k display , the problem with this computer is that, for some reason, it went stupid , and now when i enter a game ( GTA V , mass effect andromeda , and other recent games) it doesn´t load any resolution expect for 4k (3840x2160).

The laptop has a nvidia 860m and an intel 4600.

The model of the computer is VN7-591G
