When i turn on PC (power botton, pc is completely off) fans start spinning for maybe 5-10sec, then evrything stops for a 2 seconds (no post or beep) then everything starts again, fans spin for 2 sec without post, then pc starts normaly. This is not happening every time, only 30-40% of times, mostly pc starts normaly.

I have never had this problem before i overclocked my cpu, when i did it started (and one more thing i did overclock cpu when i got rx570, which might be causing problem as far as i know)

Bottom line, it is same behavior as when you start PC when it was plugged out of power socket.

Have you checked everything is connected properly? my first thought was that it is an overclock issue, how old is the system?

About 4 years old, well either is overclock or gpu (this is not problem, pc always turns on without prob but im curious why is this happening). Almost every pc (when you first start pc after it was plugged out of power) do this, spin fans for a moment, turns off and starts again and everything is fine, i just dont know why sometimes it does same thing but it was never unplugged from power.

Time while pc is off doesnt matter, sometimes pc was off for a day or more and it turns on fine, but sometimes it is off for 2-3h and when i start it, fans spin for 5sec, pc turns off, after 2sec starts again and turns on fine.

My old q9400 rig used to do this and it turned out to be related to the Mobo slowly giving up the ghost (i had it overclocked to 3.4 GHz). I gave the CPU to a mate who ordered a refurb Mobo off ebay and it was rock solid for 2/3 years before he built a new system. My gut feeling is that it is Mobo or PSU causing the issue. best way to test is with another PSU if you can borrow 1 from somewhere.

Well mobo is old 1155 z77, but psu is new, i have 4 more year warranty, corsair 80+ bronze.

I will use stock cpu clock for 2-3 days and see if it is about overclock.
