Well, I have a 43 inch Sony BRAVIA 4K and I love it, the smart tv feature is pretty good considering it runs Android TV. I got it for $800USD but that was two years ago so the price has probably dropped. Otherwise, VIZIO is a pretty good smart TV manufacturer and they usually run cheaper.
