With my summer break approaching I am going to start planning my upgrade. I need some suggestions but I don't want the cost of the upgrade to go over $380. I am just going to use this for gaming and maybe the occasional stream. So to cut down on cost I was thinking of downgrading to the R5 1400 from the planned 1600 (Not the best idea maybe but I will have you people give me feed back on that). RAM is also an issue that I need some suggestions on.

I went with https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/VtxfrH/a-data-memory-ax4u2800w4g17drz this set of RAM for my build (which is compatible with your motherboard.)

If you check the Amazon link from the part picker link, you can find various colours which may suit your build more :)

Yeah, ok. I had to look them up in the US. Found them and I should act FAST!
