Water cooling?

Air cooling is less stressful and more safe, and air cooling is on par with most AIOs; it depends on your preference really.

It really depends though, if you mean AIO water cooling, well it's easy. If you're talking about custom loops, well you could have a hard time doing some tubing and all of that stuff.

 Custom loops just need a bit more planning and checking if it will all fit. the nice thing is EK has some nice kits which cover all/most of your parts (you need to add stuff if you want to add a GPU to the loop)

and EK are releasing a budget loop which looks really nice.
