I currently have 2 monitors set up. My question is, is it possible to make it so if I open an application on my 2nd monitor, it actually opens on my 2nd monitor? Because whenever I open an application on my 2nd monitor, it always opens the program on my first monitor, so I always have to drag it over. This can be really annoying when I'm gaming and I want to open Chrome on my 2nd monitor, but I have to minimize my game and stuff. So how do I do this? Thanks in advance!

I've noticed that when i open an application and move it to my second monitor it tends to open on that second monitor unless it I drag it back to my main monitor. Whenever I restart it doesn't seem to reset it but it could vary from system to system.

Yes, once I open it and move it to my 2nd, it keeps opening on the 2nd. But it only works for that application, so if I wanted to open up another application I would have to drag it over again.
