Been playing PUBG lately and I get usage like that. Does that look like a CPU bottleneck? I have a i5-3450 and r9 380 OC'ed.

My bad, sorry.
Now that Im waiting in lobby, GPU usage is 100% all the time, no spikes, in game it spikes, what could be the cause? Cpu usage also went down.

It doesn't look like bottleneck at all. PUBG is still in beta so they have lots of issues.

Yeah I know that but the stuttering bothers me even tho I have everything on very low. Maybe its diff for every PC and i get stuttering.

No not a CPU bottleneck. Your CPU usage would be 100%. Its normal for GPU usage to be 100%.

I just thought that it jumping up and down would mean something.

Not really, my GTX 980Ti does that in Battlefield 1 as well, to a less extreme extent.

 

Its probably just crappy programming of the game, being in beta stage.

That is not bottleneck, problem with software, i had same problem with rx570.

Go to msi afterburner, go to options, tab general at bottom of window check box "Enable unified GPU usage monitoring" and it will be fixed
