Have been having a bit of trouble with my new pc it has not being posting the first time I switch it on I have to switch it on and off and back on then it works fine installers drivers set bios as my primary output to my gpu don't know what's wrong

My System now I5 4670k ,H100i, Z87X-D3H, 8GB of Black Muramba, 7970 Sapphire with backplate , Thermaltake chaser A31 black with blue accents ,AX 760 With Blue Cabels, Samsung 840 120gb SSD ,1TB Black ,256 Ultra Plus SanDisk

Use iGPU for now. Once installed Windows and all install the 7970. Test the card, if dead, RMA.

no I have had it running fine and playing games

In that case, have you updated drivers to the lates one? Better go with a stable release before the beta ones.

Maybe try reseating the graphics card and trying a different PCI-E slot if it still happens?
