Hello back again.

i think i'm almost done i hope at least cause i'm not just over what i wanted to spend originally. i've upgraded the motherboard and removed the 1TB hdd as i have some spare ones. I do hope some of these parts will be available second hand but i also don't mind spending a bit extra as it futureproves ( thanks for bringing that to my attention dutchstoner i hadn't really thought it through.)

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/Lucakro/saved/2xggsY

i've a few doubts about the monitor the wireless card ( and how it will look in a windowed case next to the GPU whose appearence i do like ) and the case ( does it come with the fans from the picture because in says it has empty bays so what does that mean then ? ) if you have any concerns at all even something like RGB interface just tell me please i dont want to walk into trouble after i've bought. keep in mind i'm far from an expert.

anyway hope this is my last post and thanks to all of you.

Lucakro

If you go with a cheaper motherboard apart from less I/O as long as it's the same chipset there should be no issues there.

monitor looks fine.

I would recommend a wifi card with the aerials attached to it, otherwise you have issues with the fact you need to position that thing which you can easily lose/break (that being said you might not be like me and have the ability to not lose something or break it immediately)

you can get window else where for much much cheaper, about 20-30 euros I believe

Also a 256GB SSD might not last you too long storage wise, I filled mine up within 2 months plus about another 250GB on my HDD, needed to buy another 240GB SSD which I have use 60 off GB of so you might want to get the 1TB HDD back in there

Aye I suggest the 1TB as from experience games and programmes take up a lot of space.

yea I would imagine it's got an ethernet port on it, so yes that is true if you want to use wired rather than wireless but as for wireless cards I have just looked at it, that gigabyte one is the best solution at that price point, by quite a bit.

thanks you literally build my PC almost singlehandedly. oh and the absolute last thing howmany hdd's or ssd's could i attach to the motherboard without using USB ?

does it use SATA or i'm i completely wrong in my thinking ?

just looked at that motherboard stats to give you that, you might not wanna get that one, this would might be better

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/fZKhP6/asrock-x370-taichi-atx-am4-motherboard-x370-taichi

it has 10 SATA ports, 2 m.2 and built in wifi so you wouldn't need a wifi card, compared to the last one which had 1 m.2 and 4 SATA, it's much better, and for a little more (less than your wifi card) it actually reduces the build price slightly

yea, it has a lot of features. Some you won't use (RAID) some you might (bluetooth) and some which will be used alot (the massive amounts of USB 3.0)
