basically i need someone to find me what this driver IC is because i have had little sucess with finding it :( its the black square in the middle of the picture and its on the back side of my R9 280x TriX.

need to know it so i know how to do the last stage of the powerboard im makeing, everything seems to be working exept for these seeing as im reading 12V before the VRM, 3.3V is going to the voltage controler and is also going to the EN pin of it and im still getting 0.06V on the GPU side of the VRM -_- only thing that comes to mind is that they are not fireing up. i dont have an occiloscope sadly but seeing as the voltage controler should be running the drivers is the next logical step.

 

feel free to ask any questions you have that may help you find it, i have had no luck as of yet

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
