Windows 10 updated, low volume

A week ago i updated windows 10 (updated , not installed...) and after that my sound was like 50% of what it actually is... maybe even less!

There are also some new ''enchancements'' but even though i played with them , it didnt rly do any difference. Please help! 

When i do sound tests or if it kinda ''bugs'' while changing settings on volume in games for example, the sound is heard normally for like a milisecond.

Anyway i need some help, probably there is a setting or sth blocking me from having normal sounds
