Hey guys last night there was a bad thunderstorm and my computer shut off, i unplugged it to be safe and woke up the next day to find out the GPU wasnt working, it wouldnt spin  or anything. I reset BIOS I reseated the GPU I reiinstalled windows and it still would not display. RIght now i am using intigrated graphics and its fine, I made intigrated graphics my default, plugged in the GPU and its on, the fans are spinning but my computer will NOT reconize it. i tried with the GPU as default and it boots up, i hear the sounds from my desktop but it will not display. If anyone can help me that'd be very noice!!!!!!!

Edit: I have a R9 390 GPU

It might be faulty gpu port or something like that, in 90% of times when gpu is bad it wont boot into windows, i can suggest you to make your onboard gpu as default and insert gpu, try to go into windows and see if it recognize it..

Hm yeah i think my GPU is fucked up, it just installed drivers and was working, but now its off, the fans are not spinning. it comes and goes....

I would RMA it if you can. Did you have surge protector with equipment warranty?

Test it if you have another pc.. I had similar problem with gtx 770, random,pc wont turn on, 5-6 times in month, at the end i found out that gpu was too heavy for PCI slot (because my mobo was a bit old) and then i somehow menaged to pull it up a bit with another screw, and it was fine since then.. (P.S. that problem few times made my games crash whenever i go in anygame it would just crash drivers)
