good choice?

there is a auction going on with a pc. the pc has a i5 4430 8gb ram (idk what speed) 500gig hdd and no gpu. i currently have a i5 2400 8gb ram at 600mhz and a gt 710.

i want to put a 1050ti in it. is it a good upgrade/choice?

the current bid is 36 euro so not much and it does not say the other specs
