yes i have a i7-920 in it now and it works flawlessly so the mobo is okay. do u think there is any bios updates that adds support for xeons or such?

Most consumer grade boards don't get BIOS updates to add Xeon support.  Considering that DFI no longer supports the Lanparty boards, you could search for DFI lanparty x58-t3eh6 BIOS on the Internet, but at this point you're depending on third-party websites for critical code to update something that could brick your system.
