Asus GL553V problem

So,

My friend bought an asus gaming laptop gl553v series about two months ago

It was working just fine until she updated her windows 10, which I don't know which update is it,

After the update, sometimes when she was playing games, her laptop suddenly shut down

At first I was assuming it was a ram problem, because my old laptop (first generation intel pentium) was shut down suddenly because the ram was corrupted

So the case was a bit similar,

But, when checked on the store that she bought before, but they said the hardwares are fine, no problem at all including the ram

Anybody has an idea what's the problem actually?

Is it windows 10 update problem or anything else?

Check whether CPU or GPU is overheating or not

 

Try reinstall Windows too

The heat was normal, as you know the usual gaming laptop temperature

There is no sign of overheating
