Over clocking Ryzen

So my system isn't booting where it will just turn on the motherboard LEDs but nothing will show on screen. I over clocked to 4ghz and it now doesn't boot. How do I reset this?

Motherboard: Gigabyte AX370- Gaming k5

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600

There should be a cmos reset button on the motherboard, or just pull the flat battery out and put it back in and it'll reset to stock.

Pull the battery out of the motherboard. Wait 20sec, then put it back in. That should reset the BIOS settings to default.
