Ok Guys after much research and time spent on this I have finally decided on a proper pc build.

GPU: MSI GTX 1060 ARMOR OC
PSU: Corsair CX450M
CPU: Intel i5 6600 (Not the K Version) I cant buy the Ryzen Proccesors because they are not available in my country
Motherboard: ASUS H170 PRO GAMING LGA 1151 Intel H170 USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Hard Disk: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case: Cooler Master K-380
RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Value Select Memory DDR4-2133

What do you guys think of this? Is it better and most of all is it futureproof? Will this serve me for at least 5 years? Can I play most games at 60 fps 1080p High-Ultra?

I also wanted to know is the 6600 and 6600k equal in performance if I plan to never overclock?

Another thing I really wanted to know was that is my case compatible with my components?

PS: When I say 5 years, I mean that I don't mind playing the latest games at medium 30fps at the 5th year mark

There is no point in getting a 6600k over a 6600 if you never intend to overclock. Stick with the 6600.

The case will work fine. Personally I'm not a big fan of it, I don't see it as a particularly great case but it's up to you.

If you can get an RX580 8GB for cheaper then the 1060 6GB, go for that instead.

You may want to consider fitting an SSD into your budget. They works wonders.

Everything else looks great.

Desktop - CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x | COOLER: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 | MOBO: ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac | RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz | GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio | STORAGE: 2x XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB, Crucial MX300 525gb, Seagate Barracuda Pro 4TB | CASE: Phanteks P400s TG White | PSU: Corsair HX750i

Laptop - Dell XPS 13 | Intel i7 7500u | Intel HD 620 Graphics | 8GB RAM | 256GB M.2 SSD

Peripherals - KEYBOARD: KBD67 Lite w/Gateron Milky Yellow Pros | MOUSE: Razer Deathadder V2 | AUDIO: Sennheiser HD 6XX, Truthear Hexa | MONITOR: Dual 1440p 27" MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD

Could you recommend a good case for this build?

As for an SSD I will definitely  be getting that, its separate from my budget.
