In Delhi, fluctuations happen a lot--especially at night. So, a UPS is a must for me. But there don't seem to be many options available here in India and given my limited budget, that restricts my choices to very few UPSs.

Can anyone here recommend me a good UPS for my system? I just want enough backup o I can safely turn off my system and to protect my system from brownouts and sudden power surges.

Budget: Rs.3000-4000. -_-

Specs:

PSU - Seasonic s12II 520W

CPU - Ryzen 5 1600

Graphics Card - Gigabyte Gaming GTX 1050 ti 4GB OC

Motherboard - Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3

1TB 7200RPM HDD

2x 8 GB G.skills 2400Hz RAM

Dell s2216h monitor.

that's all.

You shouldn't need more than 250W for the whole system which would including networking equipment and peripherals something like this would provide a good overhead and room also for some expansion.

That is sometimes a hit and miss but most times not much of an issue, sometimes you might have the odd PSU that rejects the battery backup thinking it's receiving bad power but I haven't seen that happen much. Most times it will cause some extra electrical noise or buzzing due to the PSU correcting for the stepped approximated sinewave.

Look around for after market for battery replacement, or ask each brand distributor how they handle after sales services for replacing battery, in your area. UPS is heavy, so does battery, to reduce shipping cost this is quite important in long run.

Brand isn't really the issue for most UPS, you just need UPS that support AVR and PVC which most modern UPS already have, specially for your needs, since you need at least an UPS that could sustain 520W constantly during blackout/fluctuation.
