TPM HELP

[Captain Scrub]

Hi I work for a small mom and pop computer store and we are building a PC for a business and installed a TPM after changing the bios for the TPM to do its job and after resting the computer it no longer boots to window s and is stuck in a boot loop giving us no display 

 

We have tried a using a diffretn TPM

We have tried other outputs 

 

We are stuck so if you have any suggestions

Does not do anything

no fan spin up?

 

works perfectly with out the tpm?

Fans spin up but then start again. without TPM nothing we are thinking its a bad Board
