How to view OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration

In this above post I am experiencing the exact same problem. I get this popup that appears from command prompt every hour and it seems to be correlated with the scheduler. My question is how to view Task Scheduler Library/Microsoft/Office: and view OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration because when I open my task scheduler I cannot find it.
