Windows being buggy

So i was playing gta v and suddenly it just switches to the desktop with gta still running in the background, when it does this my keyboard will start playing up and do things like "L" will open up the action centre, "w" will open up ink space and other random stuff. it makes my pc unusable. i cant shut the computer down apart from putting it from the wall (power button dont work when its doing this as non of the start menu buttons work.) it only does this for about 5 mins then stops. ive scanned my pc with malware bytes and nothing has come up, its a fresh install of windows (about 2 weeks old) i dont install anything apart from chrome and a few other things.

looks like you have sticky keys on...just press shift key 5 times and select whichever option suits you

ive disabled it, first thing ive tried. it does it randomly

if you press shift 5 times in a row, it would do so......probably you press it in-game....

gunna say this again ive disabled it entirely pressing shift 5 times in a row does nothing

sometimes windows screws up, and a modifier key (ctrl, shift, alt, windows key) gets stuck, pressing all of them tends to get rid of the problem, cant really give you a permanent fix tho.
