QABOL is compressed

I was fiddling with a Old DDR2 system. Had a pentium dual core, a 320  GB HDD. It was not booting, saying that QABOL IS COMPRESSED. What does that mean. Also, can i install win 10 on this machine from USB?

 

EXTRA:

It's most probably a LGA 775 system, it uses a G33 chipset (OEM) by HP
