Concrete information on this RX 580s quality?

DarkBlade2117

Note, OCing isn't a BIG concern. Won't be anything huge if any. Noise isn't a major concern either. https://www.visiontek.com/radeon-rx-580-overclocked-8gb-gddr5-5m-3x-dp-hdmi-dl-dvi.html

There aren't any 8GBs RX 580s for sale anywhere.

It's in stock on Newegg. Also it has to be less than 10 inches long.

Visiontek is not the biggest manufacturer, and at $250 it's not the cheapest RX580 I've seen. For the same price you can get this GTX 1060 from EVGA.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487280&cm_re=1060-_-14-487-280-_-Product

or for $230 this 580 from MSI

Is it exactly 10 inches? Or is there a bit of wiggle room. I cannot find any information about the length of that card. This MSI ARMOR card is 8gb and 10.6 inches.

If size really is an issue, this mini 1060 6Gb is pretty good and significantly cheaper. This difference between 8Gb and 6Gb of VRAM isn't that much right now.

I wouldn't buy it... It just doesn't look solid-enough.

No name case. I don't know, it's for a friend. He said 10" or less. Also the ARMOR looks less than optimal than the Visiontek one... ya MSI is known, doesn't make it good.
