Okay, I feel terrible now, I've been doing research on my parts, and I have server RAM, so I'm so sorry about that but it was not clear, thank you for all of your help

do you have an error code on the motherboard? What board is it?

doesn't look like it has one try with one ram stick, check all wires are connected

try the stick in the other slot. Triple check those connectors, are you able to post a picture of the inside of the PC?

Okay I'll try the other slot, triple check the wires, and that picture will be up shortly

Yes fans spin (except my system fan 1, my outake but may just be old) I'll take out the GPU and hook it up to integrated graphics

I don't know what a beeper plug is, no beeps. It does not turn off and on. I'm not sure about any lights on the motherboard
