I am currently planning for my first build during the summer and looking for good , clean , friendly ATX case

I have got them down to 4 options and I need help to choose the best one . Please help me out and tell me which one to chose and why

Phanteks Evolve ATX ( NON-TG)  - Everyone seems to think this is an amazing case and a pleasure to work with

S 340 Elite by NZXT - I think it is the one I saw most on the forum here and seems very simple

Noctis 450 - a better H440 perhaps and probably the best looking choice

CoolerMaster Mastercase Maker 5t

Other suggestions are welcome too

Thanks In Advance

NZXT cases are beautiful. i am biased towards good looking cases rather than functional cases.

In my personal opinion and experience, the Phanteks EVOLV ATX didn't have enough airflow to maximise cooling potential.
I'm currently using an NZXT S 340 Elite (white) which looks beautiful and sleek. It's relatively simple to work with, thought it's a bit tight on cable management space compared to the Phanteks Evolv ATX.

Yeah both are really cool the S340 Elite is the more minimalistic one while the 450 just look badass ; I hoped you would choose one but thanks anyway

I'm not actually a fan of the 450, it looks a bit 'childish' in my opinion. As if it's trying to hard to look 'gamery'.

Also that the NZXT S 340 Elite is considerably cheaper is another bonus.

Money isn't an issue as long as it is under $200

I am going to use an AIO for the CPU but your experience with bad airflow is concerning

Thanks for your input though

I have a regular S340 and have built in I think 3. They're easy to work with and look simple and pretty if you put nice hardware in em.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

3 builds gives you alot of experience with the S340 does it have any major issues with cooling or other stuff

I'm not sure if this helps but, I'm currently running: Intel 5820k at 4.6GHz overlock, GTX 1070 ROG STRIX, Corsair LPX Vengeance 2x8GB (white) and an AIO watercooler from Deepcool, with an EVGA MICRO 2. IT all works nicely, running at an idle on the cpu of around 35 - 40C and the gpu idle at 35. (it's usually lower, but it's a warm day out today (23C... Okay it's warm for england xD)

Also forgot to mention, I've locked the gpu fans to 25% to reduce noise as it's litearlly 50 cm away from my face.

The cooling is actually fantastic in that case but there's not enough room for SLI plus SSDs on the showcase bit underneath where the GPUs go. You'll kill cells in your SSD if you do that.

If you ever built in the original S340 the dust filter was straight garbage but they fixed that. The included two fans are also pretty decent too.

I really can't think of any serious flaws with it. It's sturdy and has plenty of features for the $60 I paid for it. The Elite has one more SSD bay and has tempered glass. It's a bit plain so you gotta make it look pretty with colorful hardware.

Well yeah it helps that you are not facing any problems with it cooling wise ;I was leaning towards the Phanteks because of the extra fans on the top and I thought it would be superior to the others in airflow but as you said it had issue while  you are not facing any problems with the S 340

Thanks again

I say "eh" to the Evolv's airflow.

yeah seems that there is an issue with the evolv's airflow although it has (on paper) a very good airflow system something is wrong
