Honestly at that price point its kinda silly to buy the best (Thus likely most expensive) 1050ti, either get a cheap one or save up for an rx 470/570. The palit 1050ti was the cheapest one when i bought my 1050ti for my media pc, and its no louder than the rest of the pc

His CPU would bottleneck a 470/570 so a 1050Ti is a more appropriate GPU, this CPU can handle GPUs up to R9 380/380X levels.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

If you really want the best, either Gaming X from MSI or Asus Strix.
