Hey, just need some help with a blue screen issue that's been happening since today. Twice now while playing Black Ops 3 zombies, I got a blue screen. First one there wasn't even text, it was just a solid blue screen. Reset, attempted to play again, same thing but this time there was text, the "irql not less or equal" error. Apparently it's related to drivers clashing, or something sharing resources, how would I find out which one? I'm on a clean Windows I installed 2 days ago. My idea is audio drivers. I have the realtek something or other installed that came with the board, I uninstalled it though just now. And yesterday night I installed the audio driver for the USB device that allows me to plug my guitar into my PC. Both processes were running, could that be the clash?

I tried the audio thing, same thing just happened. But hmm, hardware? I don't have an overclock, although I have my ram running in dual channel at 2400mhz, which has caused my issues since my Ryzen upgrade. It's only happening while I'm gaming though on Black Ops 3. I ran WhoCrashed, and this last crash (it was a red screen, no text), it says reason unknown, but the bugcheck name is "FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE"

I did once actually, just before my first blue screen. I only ran it once (never used it before), it got to 125% completed, 0 errors. I then closed it because that's when I felt like playing Zombies, which led to the first bluescreen. How long should I run it for, and how many mb to test?

Alright, will do, thanks. If it is a memory error, will it crash while running? Or would I just see errors?

it will display errors.

Alright thank you. I put it back in single channel 2133 too, which is what it was the day before yesterday without errors. Hopefully it's just that and not a dying CPU or GPU
