I have around $500 (US) currently, and plan on getting 600 within the first 5 weeks of summer. Can anybody recommend a system for around that price?

If i plan on getting any more than that, I will create a new topic.

With a screen, I'd be tempted to drop down to a G4560, which isn't ideal.

I'd suggest waiting until Ryzen 3 drops, and then making a list.

@Implosivetech You'll notice a lot of these builds have you sacrificing CPU or GPU power.  If you're willing to spend a little extra money (roughly $40), I strongly recommend getting an RX 580 GPU and a Ryzen 5 1500X CPU.  Even if you have to save for an extra month, it would be worth it.

Check thrift stores, Let Go, and Offer Up for those.  You can get good used 1080p monitors quite cheap.
