Looks good, but why on earth do you need a separate network adapter?
And are you going to use the system for gaming only?

see in my house sometimes i am near the router and sometimes i am away from the router so I want to be prepared for both situations.

I am going to learn how to 3d animate and I am also going to edit youtube videos I create

Gotta ask, you have your budget but what do you want your computer to do? Just play games? Or do you have work you need to do on this machine, like gaming + streaming, working with 3D modeling/blender, video editing/after effects, audio editing and creation, VMs/networking/coding lab work? Thinking what it is you want to do will help tailor your build for all that you will need it for.

What are some things to think about when you build your first PC.

Here is what I'm planning to do.

Hmm I don't understand your question...

Anyway, here are my comments on your build:

1. Please don't get 120mm AIO, it's a waste of money

2. Second, please don't cheap out on PSU. The EVGA B isn't a great PSU so consider changing it.

3. You should maybe add a SSD too.

4. If you ONLY gaming, get i7. If not, get Ryzen.

Desktop specs:

Spoiler

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB Gigabyte B550M DS3H mATX

Asrock Challenger Pro OC Radeon RX 6700 XT Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (8Gx2) 3600MHz CL18 Kingston NV2 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD

Montech Century 850W Gold Tecware Nexus Air (Black) ATX Mid Tower

Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 16ACH6

Phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 8+128

Fair point, but every motherboard in the last 10 years has a built-in network (LAN) adapter.

I already told you before, don't get 120mm AIO like Corsair H50, it's a waste of money

Also, PSU is mediocre

Check out the PSU tier list to help you to choose the right PSU. Get any PSU from tier 1-3:
