Hello and thanks for reading and i hope i put this in the right place and someone can help me.

My computer has been having issues the last few days, The computer would work for a little then crash to a black screen while the monitors cycled to find an input and all of the fans would run full force though the air was perfectly cool and i would have to turn it off then on again and it would power cycle till windows then restart again doing the monitors searching for inputs until windows repair came up.

I chose the windows reinstall and it went through it just fine and i got into windows and started to update things and the same problem kept happening over and over until it eventually worked for awhile about four hours and kept going until i tried a game and then crashed and now when i start it i do not get anything coming up on my screens and when i turn the pc on all of the fans run normally overall  until i shut it down.

Initially my video cards light showed green up until earlier today and now it's showing a red light on both the card as well as the motherboard's led for vga but when i put my video card in my old pc that i am typing this on now it seems to work just fine for normal stuff (have not tried a game yet).

Before it stopped working i tried memtest and for some other information my cpu was running anywhere from 50 to 71 c   (but with the cpu offset 30 to 51 c)  though the voltages seem to jump from 1.28 to 1,48 and sometimes 1.5 for short moments but from what i read that may be normal for the x chips and xfr.

I was running the ryzen balanced power plan as well and i have tried the memory before both stock and the xmp that seemed to work okay either way other then some random boot power cycles then turning on the xmp would work fine for weeks  and i assumed that was just part of the ryzen platform and bios hiccups.

I thought about trying without one stick in the memory slots but not sure if that would have any effect and i might be able to try the new power supply on my old pc but i would rather not risk it and i made sure all motherboard connections are tight.

If anyone has any ideas or information they could pass along it would be incredibly helpful as i'm not sure if the motherboard or the psu  or even the video card are the issue so i have no idea what company to contact for any type of repair or replacement - i don't think it's the cpu or anything else but who knows i'm kinda just feeling hopeless right now not really the kind of birthday i was looking forward to.

Thank you for reading and hopefully i can get this fixed with your help and if you need any other information please let me know.

Possibly but not likely be a PSU possibly but maybe a very rare chance of the mobo failing and did your power go out recently and if so was your pc plugged into a surge protector?
