It is a generator.

I can't tell if the people (or 'guy') who made it are free-energy nuts or just very self-righteous about their work, but either way, they try very hard to sound smart, whatever they say.

If an electrical human brain can sync with this electromagnetic frequency, wouldn't you think it possible for an electromagnetic machine operating at the same frequency to also synchronize at some level?"
 

Okay, yeah, I'm thinking that guy started his generator company after his magnetic necklace business fell through.
