XMP confusion!

Non-k CPUs support it as long as your motherboard does.

I don't know much else on the topic of motherboards that support it but z270 and z170 do support it.

Technically speaking none of the CPUs support it, because it is a motherboard specific tech for overclocking RAM, so when looking for a motherboard you should see that it supports XMP. Pretty much any consumer grade motherboard these days should support XMP overclocking of the RAM.
