Try putting Ram into a different slot? Also make sure all power cables are entirely plugged into the motherboard, and that it isn't half and half. Also make sure the front panel buttons connectors on the motherboard are put on correctly. Consult case and motherboard manual on these to make sure.

i think i found the problem.. maybe the bios has to be updated to support kaby lake.. is there any way i can do that without a cpu?

h110 motherboards need a bios update to use KabyLake cpu. The problem is, you can't update the bios of h110 motherboards unless you have skylake cpu lying around. You might end up spending more money if your motherboard is unable to run KabyLake. So either buy a cheap b250 motherboard, or buy a h110 motherboard with updated bios. In the latter solution, check thoroughly if the motherboard says it supports KabyLake cpus or not. If you don't find KabyLake support in the motherboard description, just skip it. The safest option is to buy a cheap b250 motherboard.

You're either going to have to return the motherboard and get a 200 series chipset, or return the CPU and get a Skylake CPU. Preferably return the motherboard and get a 200 series chipset.
