1070 watercooled

if you look at the bottom you can see that there is a evga watercooled 1070 and there is a 1070 strix

how is the evga card so cheap is its water cooled???? it it cooler because the rad is quite small

A hybrid gpu like the evga hybrid or the msi Seahawk X will be a bit cooler.  I would just get get the cheapest decent double or triple fan gpu.

that is my problem.. the strix looks obviously MUCH better but wouldn't the evga perform better as its cooler and can turbo more and would be quieter?

The strix is a solid card, the amount of fans allow it to hit the limit of the 1080 ti.  Get whatever gpu cooler you want, it makes little to no difference in performance

i heard the 1070 Strix can overclock a bit farther than EVGA's cards, because of its way-above custom PCB that can take higher overclocks.

but wont the evga be quieter and cooler? so it might oc more right?
