no you do not need a soundcard or a dac

get a widescreen if you want to multitask or a multi monitor setup for streaming

also it seems you only game and do video editing, neither of which requires you to have an nvme drive, save money and get 850 EVO

also 750w is too much for a single card, get a 550w psu instead and save money there as well

you shouldn't need a sound card unless you do heavy audio work and REALLY need very clear audio. the integrated ones are good enough. i would recommend you get a nice 1440p 144hz monitor if you can afford it, especially one with g-sync. you shouldn't really need nvme, a regular 850 evo is good enough.

The only change I made was changing the PSU to a better, cheaper, lesser-watted unit.

Multiple 16:9 monitors would be good for streaming. You'll probably be streaming at 1080p depending on your internet speeds, but your monitor can be a higher resolution (especially with that 1080ti.) I like to have two monitors.

1440p would be good for you. High refresh rate for your gaming monitor, and whatever else for the second one, unless you like having two of the same monitor.

Not affiliated with your question , but there is a cheaper 2x8GB kit which is also black (but not as sexy as the Corsair) https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Cf98TW/gskill-memory-f43200c16d16gvkb

Is 550 watts really enough? I'd prefer getting 600 watts seeing as PCPP says it uses 439 watts. I know the calculators aren't 100% correct but they're close,

most gskill ram that has 16 in product name usually doesn't work well with Ryzen

550w is 100w over 439 watts. Seems enough for me.

Pretty much every single-card build can be driven by a decent 550w PSU. The newest cards are very power efficient, both from nVidia and Radeon Tech, so I wouldn't worry about it. If he was getting something like an R9 FURY (275w TDP,) I would recommend getting a 650w.

They calculate it from the max power draw of every component, and its very unlikely all your components will be hitting 100% power draw at the same time, a 550 watt will be plenty.

Made a few changes, but overall it looks pretty good.  If you're looking to save money, i'd stay away from NVMe.  Its not really going to improve your rendering times for your youtube videos enough to justify spending the extra coin on it.  If you can afford it, great, but just know that its not going to do you much good....for now.  I also swapped you to a 3TB drive just because i think the bigger, the better.  You don't need 750w for all of that, so I gave you 550w.  Its still 80+ gold and full modular, I just prefer EVGA over Corsair with PSU's.  Thats just a personal preference, tho.  Its really up to you, i'd just stick with around 550w.

Do I need a AMD 4 cooler? or what CPU cooler do I need? we don't have the be quit cpu cooler in sweden with AM4, i'm thinking of the Noctua NH-D15 SE-AM4

You can get the AM4 bracket directly from BeQuiet. You can use the stock cooler for the time being until the it arrives.
