Power bank problem

Hi people!

 

I bought YFW powerbank from ebay and got it today. Started to charge my s7 but power bank get to hot on the part where is USB port, other part of powerbank is cold. It' normal charging my phone. Is that normal thing or something is wrong with power bank. I read somewhere that it can explode.
