I Only see Windows 10, Windows 10 N and Windows 10 Home

No

You see: Windows 10, Windows 10 N, and Windows 10 Home SINGLE LANGUAGE

PICK WINDOWS 10

The product key (or the one stored with your Microsoft linked account, if you have one) will determine if you have Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home

What if I don't have a Microsoft account? If I pick Windows 10 and finally install it to my PC will a Windows 10 Pro Option show up?

So then enter the product key when it will ask, instead of pressing "I don't have one"

Windows 10 includes Windows 10 Home and Pro. Your product key determine which feature is locked and unlocked. The selection box you had before in the Media Creation Tool was for special cases to meet governmental ruling. For example, Windows 10 N doesn't feature any media playback ability by default.

Also someone told me to Install Windows 10 Home not the Windows 10 one, I have no idea what to do now.
