So my computer has been acting up lately, today I swapped out graphics card and it started working, I have a gt 730 that is working right now from my old computer my gtx 1060 is not working right or when it does it just can't be detected on my programs. The fans spin that's all I also i tried different pci slots and the card just did not working

I did get the proper 1060 drivers, also my psu is an evga 600 watt silver 

 

16gb ddr3

asus z97a motherboard

i5 4460 

Corsair water cooling h100 or something like that

 

temps for gpu are about 30-40 when highest with playing games like battlefield 1 gta v CPU temperatures are about 30-45 at the highest
