I'm an absolute idiot thinking that putting my phone in a freezer to cool down my overheated phone would solve my problem.

 

I put my phone in the freezer in attempt to cool it down, because it was overheated. 

Then, I forget to pull my phone out of the freezer. It must've been in there for a least 10 minutes.

Please tell me it didn't damage my phone too much, right?

Probably not... I've left phones in the fridge for at least a day

Yeah, just do what @79 Potatoes told you and not turn it on for a while... but 10 mins in a freezer shouldn't have any condensation build up if any at all.
