Case fan help

I have a cheap pc case, it doesnt come with any case fans. It has 1x90mm exaust and 1x80mm at the side, on what orientation should i put the 80 mm side fan?

Can you post pic of the case? Which GPU and CPU cooler you have?

 

The combinations which work best:

1. If slot is over GPU and you have blower style GPU, intake
2. If slot is over GPU and you have open-air style GPU, exhaust
3. If slot is over CPU and you have stock or down-draft CPU cooler, intake
4. If slot is over CPU and you have tower cooler, intake/exhaust (I haven't tested this one)
