Your connection is fine, you have 5ms ping to Google & 2ms ping to your closest Speed Test server.

 

If your having issues in game then it's a server issue, not your computer.

I have a fiber connection with 20Mbps down and up. I would usely get 15 ms ping even over WiFi, but for the past 2 weeks my ping has been in the freaking 130ms+ range and I can not figure out why. My internet usages has been the same.

Open a command prompt as admin

Type "tracert www.google.com" (without the quotes)

Copy the results and paste them here

never used ethernet on my desktop. Barely use ethernet because the AP is hard to reach.

Could you repeat the trace route but replace www.google.com with www.ping-test.net.

 

Also run a test from http://www.speedtest.net as a comparison.

 

Post both results please.
