Relinking Steam Games

I had disconnected my drive for a bit and steam stopped recognizing CSGO, Planetside 2, and Cities Skylines. All the files are still there and accessible in the steamapps folder, but it doesn't link them. How do I link them back up?

UPDATE I realized it had stopped seeing my steamapps folder. So I'll relink. 

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD
